If you breach these terms and conditions we will be entitled to use our rights to take appropriate civil or criminal legal action.

2. Subject of the Contract

All professional materials and publications of Pro-SoccerDrills.com are subjects of the contract. Available exercises and training plans of the website represent pro-soccerdrills.com owners’ intellectual property exclusively.

3. Subscription

Subscribers using the services of Pro-SoccerDrills.com declares the following: By using Pro-SoccerDrills.com services, you represent and warrant that all information you submit is truthful and accurate; you will maintain the accuracy of such information; you are 14 years of age or older; and your use of Pro-SoccerDrills.com services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. If you are under the age of 14 please ensure that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission as detailed during subscription before accessing Pro-SoccerDrills.com services.

3.1. Payment terms of the subscription

Pro-SoccerDrills.com reserves is a subscription based service. Our visitors may subscribe to get access our contents of data. You agree to pay the current fee for the account type (Monthly, 6-Month, Annual) you have selected.

All types of subscriptions offer a fourteen (14) day free trial. Such free trials are limited to one-per-user. Users must not fraudulently obtain (or attempt to obtain) additional trial periods beyond this single fourteen (14) day term. During the period of Free Trial, you have full access to all of our materials including the video contents. The current fee for the account type you have selected will automatically and immediately be charged on the date your 14-day free trial expires.

During the period of Free trial it is impossible to modify the package chosen. You are allowed to change it after the 14-day period expires and subscription begins. In case you cancel your subscription during the period of Free trial you will not be charged with any fee for having used the website. However, your right to see the contents of the site will immediately be withdrawn and you will not be entitled to subscribe to the period of Free trial any more.

In case you have already been a subscriber with full access you are not entitled to subscribe to the period of Free trial of 14 days. When you become a subscriber again your card will be charged with the amount of the package chosen at the time of the subscription. Membership fee paid cannot be alienated and claimed back.

3.2 Payment for Subscription

Credit Card: You authorize us to charge your credit card for your renewal subscription before your current subscription expires at the low renewal rate then in effect. If your credit card can’t be charged for any reason, your full access will be suspended until time that you subscribe again.

Paypal: If you subscribe to Pro-SoccerDrills.com using your Paypal account, the recurring profile for your subscription is located at Paypal.

3.3 Fraud Protections

To protect against potential fraud, Pro-SoccerDrills.com may take steps to verify the validity of the credit card information you provide to us. The verification process may include debiting $0.01 from your credit card account and then immediately crediting the same amount back to your credit card, as well as asking you to verify the amount debited in order to confirm that you are in possession of your credit card. Pro-SoccerDrills.com will only use this process to screen for fraud and will not otherwise debit your credit card account except as part of a transaction conducted through your account for the Service. By providing Pro-SoccerDrills.com with your credit card information, you authorize us to debit and credit your credit card account for an amount less than one dollar for such verification purposes.

3.4 Modification of Subscription

Credit Card: You have the possibility to modify your subscription to an other one at any time. To modify your subscription you can manage it in the „Account > My Subscription” menu. In case of successful modification you will get a confirmation e-mail about it, but you will see your current subscription in “Account > My Subscription” menu. If your current subscription expired it will be automatically changed to your new subscription.

PayPal: If you subscribe by using your PayPal account you will not be able to modify your package during the period of subscription. You can only change among the packages when your current subscription expires for any reason or you unsubscribe from the service.

3.5 Cancellation of Subscription

All types of subscriptions are recurring and this service will continue until you decide to stop. If you wish to unsubscribe you can manage it in the „Account > My Subscription” menu at any time. Payment for subscriptions is non-refundable.

If you cancel your reccurring payment option, you will have full access to all contents until your current subscription expires. If you unsubscribe from our service, your account will be active so you can follow the expiry date in the “Account > My Subscription” menu. After expiry, you can subscribe again easily in the “Account > My Subscription” menu. During this process, you can change between the payment service providers (Credit card or Paypal), the packages and execute all the modifications which aren’t possible to do in the period of an active subscription.

3.6 Termination

Our subscriptions and charges are recurring unless you request to cease the use of the site. Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you cancel or tell us to stop. You authorize us to charge your credit card for your renewal subscription before your current subscription expires at the low renewal rate then in effect. If your credit card can’t be charged for any reason, your full access will be suspended until time that you subscribe again.

If your subscription expires for any reason (credit card expires, etc. ) you can log in and subscribe again easily in the “Account > My Subscription” menu. During this process, you can change among the payment service providers (Credit card or Paypal), the packages and execute all the modifications which aren’t possible to do in the period of an active subscription.

4. Rights of Subscribers

Having paid membership fee members will be subject to a contractual relation with Pro-SoccerDrills.com. Contract period starts when finishing the subscription process.

Subscribers have the right to:
• have a look at the materials uploaded to pro-soccerdrills.com.
• download materials for private use
• site information in thesises, professional publications and articles by a prior permission of Pro-SoccerDrills.com
• modify personal data given at subscription within the period of time of the membership

However, monthly, 6-month or yearly membership fee paid cannot be alienated or claimed back.

We do not warrant that our service will meet your requirements, our service will be uninterrupted, timely secure, or error free, any information that you may obtain on our service will be accurate or reliable, the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you through our service will meet your expectation, any information you provide or we collect will not be disclosed to third parties or any errors in any data or software will be corrected.

Uninterrupted service can only be guaranteed by using the latest version of the browser software.

If you access or transmit any content through the use of our service, you do so at your own discretion and your sole risk. You are solely responsible for any loss or damage to you in connection with such actions. You agree that we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or examplery damages even if pro-soccerdrills.com has advised of the possibility of such damages, arising from, relating to or connected with:
